You may be navigating change, burnout, or becoming—and seeking to reconnect with yourself, with nature & with what steadiness feels like.

Ginkgo Way blends trauma-informed therapy & embodied coaching into a collaborative, nature-rooted practice to help you slow down, feel what’s true, and grow forward—in relationship with yourself and others.

Our approach is simple but deep:
feel it, name it & grow through it—together.

When life feels out of rhythm, it can be hard to move through change without losing your center. The pace of life and old patterns can pull you off course.

Many who find us have already “done the work.”

You’ve read the books, tried therapy, and still feel stuck. You’re ready for support that meets you where you are and helps you turn insight into integration.

We blend therapy, coaching, and nature-based tools in a collaborative process to create experiences that work with what's true in the moment—body, story, emotion, and environment.

Our work is less clinical and more human, centered on presence, relationship & the steady wisdom of the natural world.

The Roots of Our Work.

Real, relational & deeply human care.

Our work grew from lived experience—the kind that cracks you open and asks you to rebuild with more truth and compassion.

Over time, that process became our philosophy: healing isn’t a performance; it’s a practice.

We’re a small, family-run practice, and that closeness informs the way we hold space—attentive, steady, and real.

Rooted in the natural world, we listen and move at its pace—slowing down, noticing, trusting what’s unfolding. We bring grounded conversation, somatic awareness, and nature’s quiet wisdom into spaces that invite reconnection—to self, to others & to the world around us.
